Do you want to look younger? TRY THIS! It's 100% FREE!!

Hi Everybody,
I know it's been awhile way too long I'm back and will be posting all the time again. So this is something I found while looking up things that can make you look younger and one specialist swears by this,He goes on to say of course you want to stay out of the sun,use a good cleanser and moisturiser and for the ladies make sure you get off all of your make up before you go to bed.Believe it or not going to bed with your make up on can add years to your face, especially mascara because it smudges off during the night.I don't know about all of you ladies and gents(that wear mascara)but I know I don't always get all the mascara off,I will from now on that's for sure. Also here's some neck and throat exercises that I'm going to be doing so why don't we all do before and after photos, there's two more sets of facial exercises that I'm going to post in the next couple of days so we can do all of them.God I hope these work especially cause I can't afford botox.
HAPPY FACIAL EXCERCISING!!

Neck and throat facial exercises
# 1
A great exercise is to sit upright, tilt your head back looking at the ceiling while keeping your lips closed and then start a chewing movement.
You will feel the muscles working in your neck and throat area - and will be truly amazed at the results.
Repeat 20 times.

# 2
Sit upright, tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, while keeping your lips closed and relaxed.
Start puckering your lips together in a kiss and stretch the kiss, as if you were trying to kiss the ceiling.
Keep your lips puckered for 10 counts, then relax, bring your head back to its normal position and repeat 5 times.

# 3
Sit upright, tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, while keeping your lips closed and relaxed.
Open your lips and stick your tongue out as if you were trying to touch your chin with the tip of your tongue.
Keep your tongue out in this position for 10 counts, and then return your tongue and head to its normal position.

# 4
Sit upright, tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, while keeping your lips closed and relaxed.
Next move your lower lip over your top lip as far as possible and keep it there for a count of 5.
Relax and repeat 5 times.

# 5
Lie on your bed, with your head hanging down over the edge.
Slowly bring your head up towards your torso and keep it there for 10 counts.
Relax and lower your head towards the floor again.
Repeat 5 times.

# 6
Sit upright and face forward and while keeping your lips together, separate your teeth by dropping your jaw and then push your jaw forward, keep for a count of 10, bring back to starting position.
Repeat 5 times

  3. Well, these exercises seem hard to do at first try, but they're relatively easy when done regularly. I notice that the aim of these exercises is to relax the skin. How long have you been doing these, Lisa? About Botox, there are quite a lot of budget-friendly procedures for that nowadays. All you need to do is to ask a dermatologist - a certified, reliable one.
